I guess my review comes in two parts.Firstly, the quality of work.I had all four of my wheels painted gloss black, leaving my car with Lepsons. The quality of the work looks great and it has really made the wheels 'pop'. This confirms what many people say and having used them once before, a while ago, was as I hoped and expected.Secondly, customer service.I would say everyone I was in contact with were very pleasant. The main lady on reception is a real credit to Lepsons, as many people have said before.The only gripe I had with my work was the time and contact throughout the job. Initially I was expecting the wheels to take 3-4 days, as confirmed when I booked. When I took my car in I was told it could take up to a week as they were busy.I didn't get to pick my car up until the morning of day 8!!!I am sure Lepsons is busy with work. They do a good job, but I booked my wheels and car in with plenty of notice, so cannot see why being busy should extend the length of the job. Either the process takes 3-4 days, or it is 7-8 days.I see some people have commented on being kept informed throughout the job. I had no contact at all, not even from an email I sent asking how the job was going and when I might be able to pick my car up.I ended up having to work from home for 6 days rather than up to 4 that I was expecting.Shame, a five star rating is reduced, in my mind, to three, probably unnecessarily if the overall service was better. You cannot let customer service drop just because you are busy. If anything that is where any business is really tested for its overall quality.On a final positive note, I say again, the wheels look great!
