Trade customer here. So have used Lepsons for a fair amount of work. Our last experience wasn't very good. The worst part of the experience was trying to talk to someone about the problems! "yeah we will get back to you" "need to talk to my boss and will call you back" 5 TIMES! Just some acknowledgement please. It is such a shame that we are writing this rather than fixing mistakes and building our working relationship.
