I’m usually not one to go back and forth over an order, but I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent delivery.Received my package, it arrived with a (slight) delay, but thankfully just in time for my friend's birthday. However, when I opened it, I noticed that the boxes were damaged. In my opinion, they don’t look presentable enough to give as a gift, which is quite disappointing.I hope the lamps themselves will be fine once installed, but I have to say I’m not entirely happy with how this order was handled.Their website presents a clean and professional image, so I had expected the same level of care with the products and packaging. Not only was there no clear estimate for when the package would arrive, but after the wait, receiving items that were poorly packed and visibly damaged really took away from the excitement.- I've sent this email also to the customer service and I have to say I was quite embarrassed by their rude response. It’s easy to put the blame on the courier, but the packaging clearly wasn’t protected well enough in the first place. Never ordering again.
