I placed my order on November 7th, but it took about two weeks to receive any delivery updates. I had to reach out to the company via email for information, and all they said was that it was coming 'very soon'—the item hadn't even shipped yet, despite their claims of 'fast dispatch' on their website. I finally received the lamp a full month later, and the packaging was very cheap, featuring colorful text stating 'LED magic color lamp', with no mention of the model I ordered. Additionally, it was advertised as 'cordless', but it isn't. To top it off, the return address is in Finland, making it prohibitively expensive to return the item, as the return shipping costs are equal to what I paid for the lamp. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company; you can find the same lamp at much lower prices elsewhere.
