We started the return procedure, which has been going on for weeks, but we didn't get the 526 EUR back and they didn't return the bed either! It seems that the company called Descansin does not want to return the 526 EUR and take the bed away and Leroy Merlin pretends that it has nothing to do with the whole matter. We received an invoice from Leroy Merlin, we ordered the bed on their website.
