I recently placed an order for 2 profiles. Firstly, upon receiving my initial order, I discovered that one of the profiles was defective. I promptly contacted the customer service team and was informed that to receive a replacement, I would need to send back the defective item. While I understand the standard procedure, I am concerned about the environmental impact of returning a defective product. Shipping it back not only adds to carbon emissions but also contributes to unnecessary waste. In addition to that, waiting for a collection from the courier and the delivery without knowing the exact arrival time can be frustrating. For this reason I decided to just order a new profile, which also arrived defective, rendering them unusable for my intended purpose. This is especially frustrating as it is the second order with problems, and it further adds to my dissatisfaction as a customer. It is unbelievable how a company can ship a thin aluminium profile WITHOUT and padding. It was merely wrapped in Gladwrap!! In addition to that please use your own website as consumer. There is so much misinformation on there that it's unbelievable. Out of 4 products I recently looked up, 2 had incorrect specs.
