Paid the traveling expenses and never got a call about delivery time.When the technician -Andreas-called and explained I needed some time as I was not at home he had an extremely aggressive to say the least behavior. When trying to report the behavior of the person claiming to be the person in charge- Anthi-was equally appalling.
