Aftersales is appalling

I have spent thousands of euros with the Portimao store - new kitchen and bathroom.I have had issues with 2 items since May '25I have emailed so many timesBeen in the store twice for over an hour each time and been promised that someone will come out.Still not.Is there anyone to complain to or is it a matter of using the Complaints book?
