I’ve been a male-bodied daily wearer of pantyhose since my teens in the 1980’s. At first they were layered under pants, hidden. More than 25 years ago, I started wearing them openly with shorts, about the time cis gender women stopped wearing them. Over the years, my favorite brands, styles, and colors have slowly disappeared, leaving me afraid that I’d have to abandon my favorite garment for good. And honestly, I’ve been feeling badly about the environmental impact of all those discarded tights over the years. Thank goodness I discovered Les Belles! I’m wearing my first “test” pair. Love the color, fit and feel of them. They’re a little more opaque than I prefer, a little more obvious, but it’s a reasonable trade off if these last any longer than my old favorites. Can’t wait to find out how well they hold up.
