I ordered 2 sunglasses and used a discount code. Received one sunglasses upon delivery. I've emailed twice to report the issue. 1st on the day of delivery to which I received an auto response that they will reply in 2-3 business days and the 2nd today with no acknowledgement. I also dm'd them on IG but knew that wouldn't be of use. Their number on the invoice is apparently not in service.. I was a customer of LeSpecs since 2019 and this is the first time dealing with this lack of customer service.
