Very disappointed with the refund process.I returned the glasses quickly as they didn’t suit me. I contacted customer service several times by email, but didn’t receive any proper response about my refund for over 21 days.I had to raise a dispute through PayPal, but after providing all the information, the decision still went in the retailer’s favour. It was really frustrating. Just because you return an item doesn’t always mean you’ll automatically get a refund — so be aware.In the end, I finally got my money back through a chargeback with my bank. I decided to donate that money to stray dogs instead.
