I live in Singapore and they ship the sunglasses fast.Refunds are free BUT you need to bear the cost of postage yourself. They also do not refund the shipping cost you may have incurred to receive your sunglasses. All in all if you buy a pair of sunnies and decide to return them, you will lose about 20 euros but at least you get to return a pair that doesn't suit you.I bought another pair of sunnies that i like more from lespecs. The quality is OK, not terribly cheap but not super well-constructed. There's a time and place for a brand like this that does trendy eyewear without the designer price tag. You won't be as sad about losing a pair of these if you tend to lose your sunnies like I do. Overall from the exchange rate it is a bit expensive if you include the 10 euros shipping fee but I think it's a reputable brand and the returns process was alright, I got an email notification for a refund 1-2 business days after they received my item.
