Terrible customer service!!I‘ve been trying to return glasses for weeks now, that were in a package that I habe been waiting for 5 weeks, having paud 50 Euros of customs fees. Now it‘s the 10th time I am getting back the same answer saying that returns are only possible within 30 days of purchase- how the hell can it be my fault I have had to wait for 5 weeks for my order, paid 50 euros of customs fees and now I am not even able to return part of my purchase??!!!I am so upset!!
