I returned 2 of the 3 sunglasses I ordered from le specs on 6th May and did not get a refund. I therefore emailed them at the end of May and they said they had been unable to refund me to my initial payment method (??) and whether I had PayPal that they could send money to. I gave them my email address for PayPal 2 weeks ago and they said they would pass it to their finance team and the refund should be actioned within 3 days. I have not heard anything since, nor received my refund of £84. I have emailed them again yesterday and am yet to receive a reply. I can see someone else has had a similar experience below - had anyone managed to get a refund?
