I really wish I had visited Trustpilot before ordering from this company. My sunglasses arrived with no issue, however they did not suit me, so I sent them back requesting a refund. I was sent an email saying that they can't refund the money back to my account, and they asked to do a wire transfer. In order to do this they wanted all my bank details, name , address and other personal details. My issue is; if they can withdraw money from the account details I gave them, why can't they put money back in. I'm not prepared to give all my personal information over an email. I have sent several emails to which I receive an automated reply; there is no personal customer service. has anyone actually managed to get a refund from them? If so, I'd like to know how!!
