Nowhere during the purchasing process was it made clear that buying outside Australia I would have incurred in additional charges. Most customers, myself included, focus on the information presented at the time of purchase, not scouring the website for hidden details. Tje company's failure to explicitly state, during the buying process, that additional fees apply for purchases outside Australia strikes me as unprofessional and, frankly, a tactic that preys on customers' oversight.
