The shipping had some delays (took about a month and a half to deliver from Australia to Malta) but it is fairly understandable due to pandemic & travel restrictions. Besides, the tracking information was very easily traced and was updated regularly. Packaging and branding wise, I was kindly surprised! Received manuals & warrants to each pair, plus a thank you card as well! It really makes the whole purchasing experience warm and positive.
