I placed an order on August the 7th, shipping was supposed to take 7 to 12 business days. On August 21 there was an "attempted" delivery from DHL -that never happened since I was home- and since then no update. I contacted DHL to locate the package and they said fro UE orders -the glasses are shipped from AU- is the local post company in charge of the delivery and that they can't locate the package. Big surprise, when I contacted the local company that allegedly was in charge of the delivery they don't know anything about this package.After this, I contacted 2 days ago the customer service of Le Specs and also DHL again, since someone will have to locate the package or declare it lost.No reply from anyone. Honestly, if some of the orders arrive to the EU, be ready to wait a month + to get it. And if there is a problem, apparently customer support is inexistent and not the company nor the shipping company will help you.Save your money. I've never had such a bad experience buying online.*UPDATE: So after 2h on the phone spent with DHL and the local courrier company, they found the package. After that "attempt" of delivery the package was sent back.60€ I'll never see again.
