Three weeks later, the stitching on one handle started to unravel. I reached out to customer service through the website, received a slow response, and was referred back to the boutique where I made the purchase. After several attempts, I found the right email address. Customer service advised me to contact the boutique again, which eventually responded, stating my warranty is local only. For any assistance, like a refund or gift card, I would need to manage shipping and customs myself. I can't recommend this despite the beautiful designs, as the quality is lacking and there’s no international warranty. Customer service was helpful, but the experience was not ideal. Only consider purchasing if you live locally and are prepared to handle exchanges or repairs.
