After initially struggling to get through to anyone, and getting text messages at 2am saying “we’ve tried to contact you”, I spoke to Finlay Anderson who was very knowledgable and helpful. I put an offer forwards and was accepted. I paid the buyers premium and started the process. Unfortunately 2 days later the seller pulled out. Not Finlay’s fault, and he was very understanding and helped look for any other properties of interest. I’m now in the process of refunding my deposit.
