I would strongly discourage anyone from using their services. They assured me of a quick sale for my city centre apartment, claiming to have 15,000 active investors/landlords interested, but nothing materialized. I entrusted them with my property for several months, receiving only a few calls with offers significantly below the asking price. It's crucial to be cautious in conversations with them, as all calls are recorded and the contract forces you to accept any suitable offer, or you end up covering their fees. I was frequently urged to lower the asking price, with suggested reductions of £5k here and there. When I mentioned a lower figure, I noticed that the advertised price dropped accordingly, making me obligated to accept offers at that new lower price based on their terms. Their tactics seem very questionable and manipulative, and I have serious doubts about the glowing reviews they showcase on their website. Overall, a disappointing experience; I wouldn't recommend them.
