Called to enquire about a few properties. When asked if I was cash or mortgage, I decided to say mortgage. Was very shocked when James McGregor informed me that there was new laws that prevent you getting a mortgage on a property under £60k. As a mortgage broker myself, I was a little shocked at this misinformation as no such law exists!
I wonder what other misinformation they dish out. After reading the reviews left, seems this company aren't really as 'market leading' as they'd like to think..
