Our son was booked into Let’s Leap at South Hampstead School. I just wanted to say how grateful and thankful I was at the welcome, support and attention to detail he and I were shown at drop off by Craig and, in particular, Jan.Our son is on the autism spectrum and whilst we endeavour to provide as much information and support materials in advance of booking holiday camps, which we did on this occasion, we have sometimes found this treated with apprehension and don’t feel confident that our recommendations have been taken on board. This could be nothing further from the truth on Monday. Jan instantly recognised our son from the photo in my email, welcomed him personally and made both he and i feel totally at ease that he will be made to feel supported and comfortable throughout the day. She had pre-made a ‘safe space’ for him before our arrival and made sure he was comfortable with staff before I left. Feedback at the end of the day was also excellent.We really appreciated this and we’re thankful for Jan for making what is sometimes a stressful experience, very smooth and easy.
