I ordered Letterly for trial for one month and THEN tried the app. It was too technical for me and immediately wrote back and said please do not charge me as it is too technical for me. Today, one day after immediately saying "do not charge me" I have been charged for two months! I have given LETTERLY my instructions today to refund any charges and I will write here how professional they were. However, if that is not the case I will tell you that also; and write the NYTimes, SF Chronicle, Google and Apple about internet Fraud. ***I hope they drop the charges on my credit card and treat this in a professional manner***. *** Refund posted several hours after I posted this complaint.
