First off, I love the emails I get. They make me feel respected as a customer and the writing style feels so personal. I actually look forward to them everyday! Second, I emailed them back one day, never expecting a response, however I received one, my email had actually been read and someone took the time to respond! Amazing! Then I received my first handbag and wallet! OMG! It was the best bag I’ve ever owned and I’ve had Coach and Michael Kors. This bag blew them out of the water! The leather was gorgeous, the illustration so beautiful, it looked like the books were going to jump off the bag and into my hands. I could go on about it forever. It was me. Thank you.
