I made a purchase of €196.82 on AliExpress through LettyShops during a short-term 35% cashback promotion. The only condition stated was that the maximum cashback per item was €30. My order included around 20 items, none of which cost more than €20 each, so everything was well within the rules.However, instead of the expected €68 cashback, LettyShops only shows a bit over €4 pending. Let me break it down: Assuming those three items total around 50€, then 35% of 50€ = 17.50€.However, the amount I was actually credited is 5.94, which means you applied 35% to only about 17€ worth of purchases, which makes no sense since the three most expensive items together exceed 50€.UPDATE 3: That’s not true. I checked before making my purchase, and the products I bought were mobile accessories, mostly phone cases and similar non-electronic items, which were clearly included in the 35% cashback promotion at that time.
