I did a transaction through their system. The transaction was recorded and refused 2 days after despite following all the steps. I contacted the customer service. They requested more info and quickly after they closed the ticket without me replying. I will never know why they refused my trasaction. They will always know they lost me as a customer. Luckily plenty of paying alternatives.
