I was able to get ahold of customer service but they're now telling me the previous customer service rep that told me I would be able to set up a payment plan gave me the WRONG INFO. & there's no options of payment plans. For $1300 loan I will end up paying 5k (& that's only IF EVERY SINGLE payment is on time). Not worth it unless you ABSOLUTELY need the money right away how I did. The APR being 600% is INSANE.
