Told twice to manage my expectations when I asked for an update and to confirm they had received paperwork- this was a week later as I hadn't heard from them.Told we were not a priority at this moment Took 2 weeks to realise that they were acting on behalf of both vendor and purchaserArgued in regards to return of deposit, when they themselves stated that I could have it back because after 4 weeks they hadn't done anything legally and therefore no charge. Useless and very condescending on both phone and email.
