The first house I put an offer in the survey results came back and there was around £50,000 worth of work needed just to get the property liveable. I pulled out of the sale and Levi's solicitors charged me no fee. 6 weeks later I found my now dream house and Levi's picked my file back up and Scott Dickinson, my conveyancer was so friendly and patient when I had questions and got the sale completed in 13 weeks. If you're buying a house use them. I got a first time buyers discount and was charged less than £1,500 - a very competitive rate for outstanding service. Highly recommended.
