I had a fault with my boiler they quoted me £92.50 plus VAT. Engineer arrived and said there was a gas flow problem. He said as your paying £92.50 I’ll service the boiler for you. He left and then the company called requesting £225 I queried it but he was adamant I was a liar and quotes are done from script. I made a formal complaint but they fobbed meOff with excuses. Asked my bank for a refund of £128 which has now beenDeclined as Lewken made a verbalQuote and nothing in writing so basically they know what they’re doing toCon people out of money. Disgusting company avoid at allCosts. Checkatrade not reliable either
