I needed work done on a communal heating system in a block of flats. Jamie’s quote was a lot less than half the price of the Managing Agent’s contractors. I then found out that I had to supply a Method Statement, Risk Assessment and all their insurance details to this agent. Lewken were understanding when this agent cancelled access to the boiler room the day before they were first booked in. They got access today. Gary and Tiler came at 8am and fitted new copper pipes to the old steel pipework, allowing me install radiators and prepare my plumbing for my new kitchen and bathroom. They finish tomorrow, but I had to write this today. Amazing work!! around a lot of returns in this old art deco building. The boys didn’t stop until after 5pm, and left the place spotless.
