Andy quickly assessed what was required to replace our very old combi boiler, giving us all the options in an easy to understand way. He was clearly knowledgeable and experienced. He sent his engineer, Gary, to complete the installation who did a first class job. He was also clearly knowledgeable and experienced and worked quickly, efficiently and tidily and was also very polite. He then explained the new boiler controls and helped us set up the new Nest system on our phones - also in an easily understandable way. Aside from this, their costs and level of service is good value and their terms of payment and processing are transparent and straightforward. We will continue to use Lewken to service our new boiler and I do not hesitate in highly recommending them!
