I just noticed on my account that I was being charged 29,99 a month by Lexa for the past 6 months, because it is from a common collector ADYEN I was thinking it was for an education subscription I had for my son. I have deleted my account after a brief use in June and had a confirmation email from Lexa about it. I am very upset that my direct emails are not being answered and that my request is not handled. Please contact me and reassure me that the incasso is stopped. There is no way I can do it through the system, since I don't have an account anymore. I hope to hear from you with a solution soon.
