Disappointing insurance provider. They required proof of no-claims from me without prior notice. Three months after starting the policy, they called to request the document, apologizing for the delay. I canceled my insurance on another bike, incurring significant costs, only to be told that the no-claims evidence needed to be dated before my policy began, resulting in more charges. If they had asked for it initially, I could have obtained it and saved over £300. Their response was that it’s in the fine print. Also, the app doesn’t work on Android, the online portal doesn’t alert you about required documents, and I had to wait over 20 minutes for a response on the phone. I would give zero stars if I could!
