3 hours on hold and still no response

3 hours on hold and still no response. trying to renew my insurance, never got a email for a portal log in for my first year so cannot do it online without paying the setup fee again, and have been on hold for hours and hours and still no reply, starting to think that no one works here the customer service is abysmal.
