This company went out their way to help get insurance for a bike which was not in the AIB database (it was a new model. We got insurance at a reasonable price. They loose a point as you MUST use two security devices at all times, even in a garage or your insurance is invalid (steering lock and one other). Never heard of this before and to be honest I think it is a get out of paying clause at best. This means if you pop to the shops and forget your disc lock and someone steals it by lifting your bike into a van you will get paid nothing. Not reasonable imo.
