I wanted to love this brand because they're organic, but the quality is lacking. Material seems durable, but is stiff and smells like chemicals (not a good sign for items labeled "organic"). The shape/cut of some of the tops was odd, and sizing seems to run a bit small in some pieces. The appearance of clipped threads along with the strong smell and lack of transparency on the website suggest that these items are likely being made in a sweatshop, which is not something I'm interested in supporting. In addition to all of this, the info for returns was very difficult to locate (there is no tab or link on the site that directs to returns), and once I found the returns page through my receipt, was informed that there are no refunds– buyer pays to return items and is offered store credit if the returned items are accepted. I will not be buying here again. Highly recommend Quince and Pact Organic as alternative organic clothing brands with better quality materials, transparency, and in some cases, a gentler price point.
