Since the beginning of this policy I’ve been trying to set up auto-payments. It’s almost impossible to talk to a real agent and in 6 months I wasn’t able to make a single payment because of bureaucracy and technicalities. The result is that I’ve been trying paaaay and get covered as result, but if I died on the past six months, my beneficiaries wouldn’t receive nothing.
