Let me start by saying I had one of my best customer service experiences ever with Natasha - once I FINALLY got to her. That said, getting to her was a nightmare. The automated system did everything it could to block me from talking to a real person. It kept circling back over and over and over to the same automated message with NO way to get to a person. I only got to Natasha after finally screaming into the phone. NOT everything with an insurance company can be resolved using an automated agent. Seriously it makes me think about switching companies. I won’t though because Natasha was great. An important thing I learned is not to put in a policy number and that gets you to a live person. Kind of slimy really because then it is all about sales and not customer service.
