The shoes are not as advertised. I did not expect them to be shipped from China first of all. Second of all the tongue of the shoe is a totally different fabric and color than the rest of the shoe which is what was shown in the the picture. The shoes have zero arch and are extremely hard with no cushion no flexibility. There’s no way that I can wear these shoes. Obviously returning these to China is not an option so I’m just out $60 and I should’ve known better! The only thing about this experience that has been pleasant. Was the customer service team. They were very helpful when communicating about shipping and my dissatisfaction of the shoe. However, it doesn’t help me get the product that I was hoping to receive.
