Dealing with these people is something of a nightmare. They advertise you'll get the funds quickly, based on your EBay account. When you apply through EBay, there's a bug that you can't get by that's been there for years. You can't go through the process again, it tells you you've already submitted an application. So you have to email them, and they never get back to you in a timely fashion - more like 2 to 3 days. When they do, they tell you to wait 24 hours and try again. You do that, it bugs out again. You email them and wait again. They tell you to do the application a different way, and it finally gets submitted. At that point you're supposed to be funded in a business day, but it's always more like 3 or 4 business days. This experience is consistent across three previous loans from them. I'm trying to get a fourth one now and in the waiting process for them to respond to their email. My average time from starting the application to getting the funds average about 10 days, rather than the one or two it should take.Bottom line, I really wish EBay would come up with a better company as their capital provider.
