I withdrew $200, and simultaneously, that same amount was charged to my card. After filing a claim, my account was closed for supposedly violating internal policies, and the support team simply stated they had fulfilled their responsibilities. It's disappointing that they not only took away my earnings but also allowed the unauthorized charge.
