They suck ass with customer service. They have 12 year old answering questions and are very rude. I was confused about my loan and they only would respond with 1 or 2 words. The most important got from them was "YOU GOT YOUR MONEY". They wouldn't answer anymore questions. Please consider if you do get a loan from them that you only will get short responses from illiterate children. I'm disgusted how they treat customers not a professional company. If you would of helped in a way to help me understand then I would of appreciated that. You could of gave me a copy of contract, told me exact date I got the loan, ANYTHING, but no, your company didn't give two clucks about helping me as long as you get your interest money that's all you care about. That's no excuse to give me poor customer service!
