I ordered a game way back in October and still have not received it!! There is no way to contact anyone and the tracking portal is useless, l was told to be patient!! I’m in Ontario and it was last said to be in BC, which seems a long way to go thinking it was shipped from the UK?? I’m accepting the fact that I have been tricked and will not see the item or receive a refund if l cancel my order. Shame on these people.
