Purchased the magnetic chess game. Item received was not as described. Magnets did not work. Seller not interested in solving the problem and refused to acknowledge the product was faultyI have been asked to provide further clarity to my review above @ 29 Dec 2023. This seems to be a tactic by the supplier to demonstrate they are trying to resolve the issue. I have copies of the ongoing communication on how we were provided with a different product to what was advertised and that the product was substandard. This communication has since been removed from my email link. All we want is a refund. I believe I have tried to resolve this issue and the supplier refuses to acknowledge the product supplied is not as advertised. Apparently their "warehouse" says the product is as advertised. I have lodged a claim with Paypal. I will not be engaging with the supplier any further. Do you self a favour an do some research they a dodgy supplier.
