I purchased a Windows 11 Pro licence from this website, and the payment went through immediately. However, I never received the licence key or any confirmation email. When I contacted customer service, I provided the invoice and a screenshot of my order confirmation, but the representative was rude and kept saying my details “didn’t match,” even though everything I sent was correct.To make things worse, they actually told me that if I left them a 5-star review, they would give me a Windows 10 licence instead. That’s completely unprofessional and dishonest. They have refused to send me what I paid for or issue a refund.This website is not trustworthy. Avoid it at all costs. It feels like a scam, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to lose their money the way I did
