I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus from Licengo, and then a couple of months later my new computer went in for repair (under warranty). Within a couple of minutes they had sent me a way to retrieve it all using their support team, and by next morning I had all the information I needed. (It had actually been sent through almost immediately but I had gone to bed)I cannot speak highly enough of them and the relief I felt from their responses. The support was wonderful. I don't know if they have an AI bot responding or an incredibly fast typist, but whatever it was, it was just SO MUCH APPRECIATED!!
