I worked as a Biomedical Electronics Engineer for 35 years at Mercy Medical Center DM, IA, and have experienced multiple levels of Technical Support. I can be extremely difficult to work with, but David handled me with Kid Gloves! I had purchased Office 24 online but couldn’t activate it due to another Office program running in the background. It turned into a surprisingly complicated issue, and I couldn't explain where this other Office program was coming from. I had just purchased a new computer that probably had a free preview of Office and it was also pushing Office 365 in my face! We went back and forth for more than 15 emails, starting 9/16/25 to the present. Through it all, David remained patient, professional, and committed to helping me find a solution. Once the old program finally stopped working, I was able to activate Office 24 successfully. I simply followed David's instructions and it activated immediately.
