I had taken out a policy to help a relative and this policy matured this year in 2025. The LIC executive called my mother in law’s phone asking me to claim survival benefit . With me living in the UK it was almost impossible to expedite this claim, but a very sincere executive from LIC Dharwad branch (Karnataka) provided excellent services and helped expedite the claim within 24 hours.
